With a background spanning operations, leadership and strategy, Gavin brings a practical, structured mindset to executive search. Anne-Marie Carratu

Anne-Marie Carratu is Executive Assistant at Ford Search Partners, providing senior-level administrative and operational support to the executive search team. She plays a key role in coordination, process management and ensuring searches run smoothly and efficiently.

Alongside her role at Ford Search Partners, Anne-Marie brings extensive experience from the complementary therapy sector, where she has worked for over 25 years and qualified as a Reiki Master Teacher. This background contributes to her calm, organised and people- centred approach to her work.

Anne-Marie is highly experienced in managing complex workloads, supporting senior stakeholders and maintaining structure in fast-moving environments. Her combined experience across professional services and wellbeing brings a unique balance of precision and care to the team.

Sree Roychowdhury

Sree Roychowdhury is an Executive Search Consultant at Ford Search Partners, specialising primarily in Audit roles, with experience supporting Tax appointments where needed. She works closely with candidates, helping them understand opportunities clearly and navigate their options with confidence.

With four years of experience in executive search, Sree has developed strong market knowledge within her niche and is known for her calm, thoughtful and highly personal approach. She takes time to understand what candidates are genuinely looking for, ensuring
conversations are focused, honest and aligned with their longer-term ambitions.

As a developing specialist, Sree combines analytical rigour with emotional intelligence, offering candidates a considered and supportive experience throughout the search process. Outside of work, she has a strong interest in art and theatre.

Josh Ford

Josh Ford is an Executive Search Consultant and Operations Associate at Ford Search Partners, combining hands-on search delivery with operational support across the business. He works closely with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring they receive clear communication, honest guidance and a positive experience.

With a background in sports and exercise science, Josh brings a strong understanding of performance, discipline and motivation into his work. He supports search assignments through research, candidate engagement and coordination, while also contributing to the smooth running of internal systems and processes.

As a developing consultant, Josh is known for his energy, work ethic and willingness to get involved across multiple areas of the business. Outside of work, he has a strong interest in sport and mental health advocacy and enjoys building meaningful relationships with people from all backgrounds.

Nigel Roberts

Nigel Roberts is an Executive Search Consultant at Ford Search Partners, specialising in Audit, Tax, Advisory and wider professional services roles. With over 11 years of recruitment experience, he works closely with candidates considering senior career moves,
offering clear, honest and well-informed guidance.

Nigel is known for his straight-talking, detail-oriented approach. He takes time to understand both the role and the individual, and is careful never to oversell opportunities. His focus is always on long-term fit, helping candidates make decisions that align with their
career goals rather than short-term moves.
