Gavin Ford is Chief Operating Officer at Ford Search Partners, overseeing operations, systems and delivery standards across the business. He works closely with clients and the internal team to ensure searches are run with clarity, consistency and a strong focus on
long-term outcomes.

With a background spanning operations, leadership and strategy, Gavin brings a practical, structured mindset to executive search. He is particularly focused on process improvement, quality control and creating ways of working that support both consultants and candidates through complex hiring decisions.

Alongside his role at Ford Search Partners, Gavin is actively involved in community and wellbeing initiatives, including serving as a Trustee of the Isle of Wight Sports Foundation and Vice Chair of the UK Reiki Federation. He has a strong interest in physical and mental wellbeing and believes balanced, well-supported people perform better in business and life.
