Sarah Ford Bio

Sarah Ford is the Founder and Managing Partner of Ford Search Partners, bringing over 25 years of experience in executive search within the professional services sector. She works closely with accountancy firms across the UK, advising on senior and leadership appointments where judgement, discretion and long-term thinking are essential.

Sarah has built her career working with firms ranging from independent practices through to Top 10 and Big Four organisations. She is particularly known for her deep knowledge of the Audit, Tax and Advisory markets, and for building trusted relationships with both clients and candidates over many years. Her approach is considered, transparent and highly collaborative, ensuring all parties feel informed and supported throughout the search process.

Ford Search Partners was established to offer a more human, rigorous and thoughtful approach to executive search, one that prioritises clarity, integrity and long-term outcomes over volume. Outside of work, Sarah lives on the Isle of Wight and values physical wellbeing, early-morning routines and travel.
